Join us for the 2nd Annual Health & Wellness Back-to-School Event, a free community event designed to help families prepare for a successful school year while prioritizing their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Attendees will have access to a free family meal and wellness conversation around pre-diabetes and Type 2 diabetes, health screenings, backpacks and school supplies (while supplies last), a youth basketball clinic for kids ages 5-13, community resources, small business vendors, all in a fun, family-friendly environment. Whether you're preparing for the new school year, looking for wellness resources, or simply seeking a day of community and connection, there's something for everyone.
